Unleash a powerful hit of flavours in the Hurricane - DISARONNO, white rum, dark rum, passion fruit juice, sweet & sour mix and a splash of grenadine.
¾ part DISARONNO
½ part White rum
¾ part Dark rum
2 parts Passion fruit juice
2 parts Sweet & Sour mix
½ part Grenadine
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry. Taste: Sour | Strength: Strong Top Tip:
Make your own 'Sweet & Sour' mix by mixing 2 parts spirit to 1 part sour (e.g. lemons) and 1 part sweet (e.g. triple sec, fruit juice).
